Nema 23 Z Axis 50mm (2")stroke
Unlike many pre-Assembled Z axis we offer an additional flange bearing assembled to the top yoke, this prevents unnecessary strain on the stepper motor bearings.
The stepper motor and trapezoidal spindle are connected via a coupling within the Nema 23 motor mount, supplied with end caps.
x4pcs IGUS linear bearing are assembled within the Z axis housing, running over Ø16mm Chrome Plated Anti-Corrosion resistant shafting, The IGUS bearings are further protected by end caps.
Translation is via a Trapezoidal spindle assembled with a Derin nut, offering zero backlash.
Proxxon motor / spindle mount is assembled to the bottom yoke.

Nema 23 Motor Mount: Manufactured from Aluminium extrusion, pre-machined for Nema 23 stepper motors, (x4 M6*1.0mm fixings). Supplied with end caps.
