Attached is a few photo renderings of a table top CNC router design I did. I will utilize 12x04mm ball screws. I also found that 12mm ball nuts with dust seals is very scarce. I found a company in the States that stock them. I will still negotiate with Kevin to source us some as he is our preferred supplier.
The usable machining area is approximately: X=450mm, Y=610mm and Z=90mm with a sacrificial MDF work top.
